Kettlebell Fundamentals

A 6-week fully committed small group program designed to build a strong foundation in Hardstyle kettlebell training. Learn and develop key movements including the swing, clean, snatch, and Turkish get-up while improving strength, conditioning, and overall movement quality through structured, progressive coaching.

This focused training commitment allows participants to build skills progressively and develop proper technique throughout the program.

Advanced Kettlebell Workout

A 45-minute high-intensity strength and conditioning class designed for experienced kettlebell practitioners. This fast-paced session combines advanced kettlebell training with structured conditioning to build strength, power, endurance, and overall fitness in a small group environment.
